It’s important to keep in mind that while we strive to share our offerings worldwide, certain product restrictions apply, and there are items we are unable to ship to international destinations.

Free Shipping and Signature Shipping offers apply only within the US. International shipping will incur additional charges due to higher shipping costs, customs, and other factors.

Innergy Tea does not offer refunds on items sold on innergytea.com. All sales are final. We will gladly replace any item which is damaged or defective. Please refer to “How do I request a return?” FAQ.

We genuinely value your satisfaction above all else. Please be aware that, to ensure the freshness and quality of our products, Innergy Tea is unable to accept returns for items aged beyond 15 days from the confirmed delivery date, regardless of the reason. Returned items must remain in their original, unopened packaging and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs for returned Innergy Tea products will be the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where Innergy Tea has made a shipping error.
