If your package arrives damaged or if there’s any order discrepancy, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Providing a photo of the issue and your order number will expedite resolution.


For returned products, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for cases of shipping errors by Innergy Tea. Approved returns will guide you through the replacement process promptly.


Please note, Innergy Tea cannot accept returns on products older than 7 days from the confirmed delivery date for safety reasons.


Refunds are not available for items purchased on
